The BR2/3A coin cell is a LiMnO2 cell manufactured by FDK (formerly known as SANYO). LiCF has a very low self discharge rate and a shelf life of 10 years at room.
The FDK BR2/3A coin cell is generally used in Memory Backup units (MBU) & Motherboard power backup
